Bradley Keep ReinsTuesday, March 19, 2002 Bradley keeps reins Catlettsburg's William Bradley is beginning his sixth year as National Reining Horse Association board member. He also serves on the executive committee of the 10,000-member association. Reining is the only western riding discipline recognized by the United States Equestrian Team. Bradley, president of U.S. Equipment Corporation, has been involved with the reining industry for the past decade. He chairs both the Finance and Hall of Fame Committees. Reining has a rich presence in Kentucky. The Ashland area produced two national champions in the past year. Bradley also serves as president of the Ohio Valley Reining Horse Association. The Catlettsburg-based organization was founded in 1984 and puts on five of the nation's top 100 reining events.
